In this action-packed thriller, BOBBY PORTER is our hero, who is transformed from a good-humored, dedicated cop, in love and about to be married, to a depressed and obsessed individual who will do anything to bring to justice the biker gang leader who slaughtered his one love. SHERI DAVIS is devoted to Bobby and worried about his safety, but loses her life in a revenge murder. JAKE BRODY JR., loyal to and protector of his slower brother WILLIE, is the powerful biker gang leader who must seek revenge, after Bobby accidentally slays his brother during a battle between rival gangs. And WADE SMITH is Bobby’s partner and best friend, who, after recovering from a gang beating, helplessly watches his best friend and partner slowly decline and deteriorate after the loss of Sheri, yet desperately tries to help Bobby maintain his sanity.

 

After the brutal revenge slaying of his beloved Sheri by Brody Jr., Bobby ‘s deterioration is rapid, justifying the Chief of Police to seize his gun and order him to take a medical leave due to what health experts claim is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Stripped of his dignity, but more importantly overwhelmed by his harrowing loss, Bobby’s psychological transformation escalates and his obsessive pursuit of justice continues. In the process he uncovers to his utter amazement that he is able to move back in time. He shifts from chasing Brody Jr. and his gang, who are arranging a big arms deal in the present, to chasing bad guys who are organizing a heroine deal in the 50’s. Is it real or is it that his traumatized mind is entangled and grossly distorting his reality? Bobby’s questions only lead to more questions, until after much deliberation he finally realizes the purpose to his time travel.  If his travel is successful he may be able to bring Sheri back to him.

 

Bobby’s quest to bring back his beloved Sheri and also bring Brody Jr. to justice seem unattainable especially when presented with numerous roadblocks including the court system, his own police force, the biker gangs, his partner, the healthcare system and his own mental stability.  Knowing that this quest must be fulfilled, Bobby pursues his goals with raw determination otherwise he will lose everything.

 

The story is a stirring thriller that combines murder, mystery, intrigue, revenge and the power of the human spirit.
